Microsoft does a New ad for Windows Phone 7, will it be enough?

Finally Microsoft released a new ad focusing only on the software side of Windows Mobile, it clearly tries to communicate the new UI and to connect with the top MS brands that we all know, like Office and XBox Live.

But it will need way more than this ad for average people to get the difference, if you reflect about the fact that Symbian is one of the top OSs out there, it clearly indicates that most people don't really care about the OS, they don't really understand what it is. I truly believe this is the same issue with Android, just a few geeks and Google lovers know about it, all other consumers just bought an HTC or a Samsung phone because it has a camera, email, a big touch screen and it is cheaper than the iPhone, but everyone of them dream to have an iPhone someday.

This is the real challenge, how to become desired and not just the cheap option to the iPhone and iPad.
