Caramelized Apples
Ingredients
1. 4 red apples cut into 4 pitted.
2. 1 cup sugar
3. cinnamon to taste
4. 3 tablespoons honey
5. 1 cup water
6. 2 spoons (soup) butter
7. And 1 cup white wine
8. 2 cloves
How to prepare
1. Melt the butter in a frying pan and add the sugar.
2. Allow caramel to form a clear

4. Saute for 15 minutes over low heat and set aside.
5. Add the apples in the Tender pan and bake for 10 minutes.

Ingredients

7. 1 copo e vinho branco
8. 2 cravos
Modo de Preparo
1. Derreta a manteiga em uma frigideira e junte o açucar.
2. Deixe formar um caramelo claro
3. Junte as fatias de maças, o mel a canela, os cravos e o vinho.
4. Refogue por 15 minutos em fogo baixo e reserve.
5. Junte as maças na assadeira do Tender e deixe assar por mais 10 minutos.
6. Regue as maças com o caldo da assadeira até o tender estar pronto e sirva a seguir.
