It continually amazes me how little people care nowadays.I have close relatives who wouldn`t even think about phoning me up to see how I got on when I went to the hospital.We live in a very selfish society unfortunately.
Yesterdays Queen`s speech was a disgrace. All about party politics and very little about what`s best for the country.
Putting more troops into Afghanistan is not going to bring peace. Peace will only come through people talking not by guns, bullets and bombs.

After Saturdays edition of The X factor I think its clear that the series is now nothing more than a joke!
Those who say that Gordon Brown should be forgiven for his mistakes in the letter to the dead soldiers family should put themselves in the place of this young man`s parents and think how they would have felt if they had received this letter. The Prime Minister was acting like an unthinking idiot and should resign.
